The United States accounts for 10% of the 8 million child abductions reported each year with Arizona being the 2nd worst of the 50 states. 99% of abductions are by someone the child knows including family members. In addition to returning McKinley Thaler to his father, we are fighting for every stolen child to be returned home.

Legal Services
The McKinley Project uses the funds raised to help those parents without the adequate resources, who have lost their child(ren) due to abduction or kidnapping with direct legal assistance or legal consulting. Our services cover everything from reviewing documents, decrees and custody orders to full custody disputes. More Info
The McKinley Project will review legal documents and situations where a child has been abducted. Our goal is to help parents without adequate resources to fully understand their specific situation and possible solutions that could be used to reunite them with their abducted children. More Info
The McKinley Project is working on creating CERTIFIED CONTINUE LEGAL EDUCATION courses for Judges and Attorneys in order to help the judicial system understand the negative impact of parental alienation and child abduction on children. The McKinley Project also offers education to other non-profit organizations and parental groups with regards to Parental Alienation and Child Abduction. More Info
